• Select a language: After the document is uploaded, click the original language and translated language to be translated in the language bar. If you need full text translation, the original language can maintain the default “automatic detection” option.

• Select a translation engine: Select the translation engine you need to use in the translation engine bar, and some engines need to be used for a fee.

• Select a termbase: Select more settings, select the added glossary document in the glossary column in the pop-up window. If it has not been added, the column will be empty.

• Set up picture translation: Determine whether to translate the image content in the document. The default is selected. If you do not need to translate the image content, you can uncheck it.

• Start translation: After the document is uploaded and all required options are confirmed to be filled, click the Start Translation button and use the selected item to translate the document.

• AI Proofreading: Click the AI ​​proofreading button in the bottom menu of the document comparison page, complete the selection operation in the pop-up window according to the prompts, and perform the proofreading operation on the current document.

• Download the translation document: After the document is translated, you can download the document on the comparison page and the translation record page. If you need to change the bilingual document merging style, you can go to the account information page to reset it. Only after changing the settings will the translated document take effect.
